This is a retainer and will be drawn from on an hourly basis at a rate of $45.00 per hour until either the job in complete or the retainer is fully depleted, whichever comes first. This retainer amount is not a guaranteed final amount for any job unless specified in your consulting agreement with The Business Consultant.
